AoS Battleplan - The Grave Under the Ghostly Tree

The warband owing the map finds the grave marked on the map. The artefact is under a ghostly tree which glows with otherworldly and light up the heavy fog around it. They start to dig out the grave to get the artefact. After some time it looks like it's not there or they need to go deeper. This gives a chance to the other warband to catch up, defeat their enemies and get their hands on the reward.
