Endless Spells - Chronomantic Cogs + Quicksilver Swords

I was working more on the Quicksilver Swords when I had this idea to make the Chronomatic Cogs as well from some cogs taken from office corrector tape.

The greenstuff whirlwind thing makes them more magical and also makes the whole construct more sturdy.
