The Cursed Man's Grave - Age of Sigmar Skirmish Campaign

This week is a start of a new Skirmish battle report series from a short Age of Sigmar campaign. For our second time I wanted a narrative driven campaign, with a reward which has impact in the games and campaigns following this series.
Many heard about the Curse Mirror an ancient artifact whose creators are long forgotten. It repels most magic and curse cast on it's wearer, but have a serious side effect. The the slightest evil thought starts to poison the wearer's mind, making more and more wicked thoughts and evil deeds. It protects the wearer from magic and curses, but over time turns him to something different by it's own curse and in the end kills him. Still many adventurers seek the Mirror and willing to use it's powers not minding the risk of the Curse.

The tales say that the last wearer was an Amber Mage, who trusted his might and wisdom and wanted to gain power to fight evil. However no one can oppose the Curse and this wearer was finally turned evil. Finally his own order decided to kill him trying to save soul of their crazed member. The wearer was outnumbered ten to one, still with the power of the Mirror ha was able to defeat all of his old comrades but one, who was also seriously injured. The last member with his final strength buried everybody and the mirror as well, and left the grave unmarked, in order the Mirror shall be lost forever. He did not know that there was an eye witness of their battle, someone wise enough to not dig up the Mirror for himself, but to mark the grave and sell it's location for a bag of gold. Over time the knowledge where the mirror is was sold many times and by now a map also exists, five map fragments to be exact, the more more pieces the more money can be made of it.
You can find the campaign rules in this document.

The battleplans will be published in the following order every week after 17th January:
  1. Scattered by the Wind
  2. Interrogation and Rescue
  3. Being Chased
  4. Sneak, Surprise, Steal, Success
  5. Crossing the River
  6. The Grave Under the Ghostly Tree
